The larger fuel tank, smoother liquid-cooled setup, and higher engine speeds of the forthcoming Xpulse 210 promise improved highway cruising. In addition to the Xpulse 200 4V’s existing features, it may also include dual-channel ABS. Expect LED headlights, LED DRLs in the shape of an H, LED taillights, an engine kill switch, an engine cut-off sensor, a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, and a USB Type-C charging port.
Hero XPulse 210 Bike 2024
The Hero Xpulse 210’s design is similar to that of the previous model, but it has been updated to look more modern. In order to keep costs down, we can also anticipate the sale of parts that are comparable to those found in the Xpulse. However, it is unknown if the 210 model will use the same chassis. The spy shots show wire-spoke alloys with a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear that are comparable to current models. For enhanced off-roading capabilities, a Pro variant may offer fully adjustable front and rear suspension with increased travel and ground clearance.
Launch Date & Price
The Hero XPulse 210 is expected to go on sale in India in December 2024 for between ₹ 1,50,000 to ₹ 1,70,000.

Hero XPulse 210 Bike Features
One of the most well-known two-wheelers in India is the Hero XPulse 210 Bike. Hero produces the XPulse 210 Bike, which is well-known for its technologically advanced manufacturing value. The bike has high-tech features like a 210 cc engine that makes a lot of power and has a 40 km/l fuel economy, making it the best bike for driving. To match the Xpulse’s adventure-focused nature, the new engine’s characteristics, particularly its high revving nature, may require tuning adjustments.
Engine
The upcoming Hero Xpulse 210 is likely to be driven by a 210cc, liquid-cooled motor from the Karizma XMR. Hero MotoCorp’s Xpulse 200 adventure bike has been a hit, but adventurers have been asking for a bike with more power. A 6-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch is available.
Powertrain
The Hero XPulse 210 ADV will get a stronger liquid-cooled DOHC engine, which could affect how well it performs. The Hero Karizma XMR, which was recently introduced, is powered by this brand-new, liquid-cooled engine, which is one of Hero’s firsts. As a point of reference, the Karizma’s liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, 210cc engine produces approximately 25 bhp (25.5 PS) at 9,250 rpm and 20.4 Nm of peak torque at 7,250 rpm—the highest in its class.
Torque
That should be mitigated by the Xpulse 210, whose 210cc engine powers the Karizma XMR with 25.15 bhp and 20.4 Nm of peak torque. The Karizma XMR’s 210 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled powertrain motor is capable of producing 25.15 bhp and 20.4 Nm, while the Xpulse 200 4V’s 199.6 cc motor is capable of producing 18.9 bhp and 17.35 Nm. A five-speed gearbox is mated to both engines.

Suspension
In terms of the bike’s components, we can see that the XPulse 210 has a long-travel telescopic fork rather than an inverted fork like the Hero XPulse 200 4V does now. It also has a fuel tank that is taller, a swing arm with a box section, and spoked wheels that should have tubed tires. The size of the disc brakes appears to be comparable to that of the current XPulse: 276mm on the front and 220mm on the rear. This XPulse’s rear suspension is unmistakably linked-type monoshock.
Design
In addition, Hero MotoCorp may offer hard panniers and pannier mounts as official accessories on the new bike, which has been seen with hard panniers. This also suggests that the bike is probably being tested not just for off-roading but also for its ability to travel. An LED headlight, a taller windscreen, a digital instrument cluster, a seat made of one piece, and a tail rack are additional features that can be observed.
Hero XPulse 210 Bike Key Specification
The motor in the Karizma produces 25.5 hp and 20.4 nm, while the Xpulse currently produces 19.1 horsepower and 17.35 nm. That’s a big leap, which will make the Xpulse more appealing, but it will also mean a big change in personality. Under 6,000 rpm, the Karizma’s engine feels very flat and has a lot of peak. Hero will undoubtedly work on the tuning and gearing, but the engine’s inherent ability to move quickly will remain. The Xpulse’s reaction to this will be fascinating.

Final Words
The chassis of the Xpulse 200 4V and the Karizma XMR 210’s 210cc DOHC 4V liquid-cooled engine will form the new Xpulse 210. The slipper clutch and 6-speed gearbox in this arrangement enhance the vehicle’s performance. LED headlights, H-shaped LED DRLs, LED taillights, an engine cut-off sensor, an engine kill switch, a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, and a USB charging port (Type-C, we hope) are some of the features we can expect. As well as the current Xpulse, front and rear disc brakes, and other features, the spy shot featured 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke alloys.
