Early life

Deepika Kumari was brought into the world in Ranchi, Bihar (presently Jharkhand) to Shiv Charan Mahato, an auto-cart driver, and Geeta Mahato, an attendant at Ranchi Clinical School, and a local of Ratu Chatti town, 15 km from Ranchi. Career
