For 4000 square meters, the registration fee is ₹1,03,60,000 for non-SC/ST categories and ₹51,80,000 for SC/ST categories. Residential plots are available under this Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) project; however, to be eligible, one must apply before the deadline.
