However, the VF8’s road manners did not live up to the greater EV SUV segment, and acceleration is only one factor that we evaluate when testing a new vehicle. Its handling lacked the inspired quality of the Mustang Mach-E, and its ride was less steady than that of the Ariya.

VinFast will produce two VF 8 models with dual-motor Plus trims that can produce up to 457 pound-feet of torque and 402 horsepower. Design
