Parul Chaudhary Jhajj (born15 April 1995) is an Indian athlete from Uttar Pradesh, who works in 5000 meters and 3000 meters steeplechase. She is the first Indian woman to run the women’s 3000m in under 9 minutes. In the wake of winning gold and silver decorations at the Asian Games, Parul Chaudhary turned out to be notable in India. Parul’s noteworthy exhibition surprised the Asiad and made India glad on the great stage. With determination and grit, the 28-year-old woman won the women’s 5000m race.<\/p>\n
