Yamaha MT-09 Bike Features

The Night Fluo paint option, which is also available in more recent color shades, is available for the MT-09. The fuel tank now has a red finish like the logo. The Yamaha MT-09’s styling is unchanged, with the exception of the new color scheme. Along with the sleek and edgy 14-liter fuel tank and split seats, it keeps the twin-pod LED headlights with alien-themed themes. LED Headlight

The India-bound roadster will also have the same styling cues as the international model. As a result, it will have a flat handlebar, a single-pod headlight with twin DRLs, a muscular fuel tank, a flat seat design, and an underbelly exhaust setup. Cyan Storm, Icon Blue, and Tech Black are the three colors that the company sells this motorcycle in internationally, and we anticipate seeing them in our market as well.

Torque

The 890cc, liquid-cooled, inline three-cylinder engine should be included in the India-bound motorcycle’s mechanical specifications, which should be comparable to those of the global model. This motor, when connected to a six-speed gearbox, produces a maximum power of 117.3 bhp at 10,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 93 Nm at 7,000 rpm. From the global model, Yamaha claims a fuel economy of 5-liters per 100 kilometers, or 20 km/l.

Suspension

This motorcycle’s suspension components will include a rear monoshock and 41mm upside-down front forks. The front forks will have preload, compression, and rebound adjustment options, whereas the rear forks will only have preload and rebound adjustment options. The India-bound model will have the same 298mm twin discs and 245mm single rotor for braking as the international model.

Final Words

The Yamaha MT-09 has impressive quality. The bike has a swingarm rear suspension with a lot of absorbent power and telescopic forks in the front. Therefore, riding over bumps, potholes, and undulating roads would not be a problem for riders with the monoshock at the rear and the 41mm inverted fork at the front. The riders can ride the bike in an upright position, so it is not likely that they will find it uncomfortable when they take it for long drives.
